HOW TO REGISTER

  • ​Please select the applicable REGISTRATION FORM and input the relevant information (E.g., Name, Address, Weekly Clinic, Camp, etc.).​​

  • Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of the Nobili Hockey Development Waiver at the bottom of the REGISTRATION FORM. ​

  • Once it has been reviewed, you must check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Nobili Hockey Development Waiver before pressing SUBMIT.
  • The Nobili Hockey Development Waiver must be completed and submitted before stepping on the ice. Failure to do so could result in refusal of participation.
  • Press SUBMIT​​
