HOW TO REGISTER

Please select the applicable REGISTRATION FORM and input the relevant information (E.g., Name, Address, Weekly Clinic, Camp, etc.).
Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of the Nobili Hockey Development Waiver at the bottom of the REGISTRATION FORM.
Once it has been reviewed, you must check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Nobili Hockey Development Waiver before pressing SUBMIT.
The Nobili Hockey Development Waiver must be completed and submitted before stepping on the ice. Failure to do so could result in refusal of participation.
