HOW TO REGISTER

• Please complete the REGISTRATION FORM and input the relevant information (E.g., Name, Address, Program, etc.).

  • ​​Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of the NHD Waiver at the bottom of the REGISTRATION FORM. ​

  • Once it has been reviewed, you must check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the NHD Waiver before pressing SUBMIT.

  • The “NHD Waiver” must be completed and submitted before stepping on the ice. Failure to do so could result in refusal of participation.

  • Press SUBMIT

  • DO NOT USE A PASSWORD for the E-Transfer. In the notes section, please include the participant's name, date of birth, and program/camp.

    • EXAMPLE: John Smith, March 7, 2012, Weekly Clinic (Mondays)

• Your child's spot will be confirmed after NOBILI HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT receives a completed registration form AND full payment. Failure to submit the registration form and full payment (unless otherwise arranged) will result in spot removal.​
