​REGISTRATION:​​

• To request a spot, please email nobilihd@gmail.com with the player’s name, birth year, position, level and current team and indicate whether you are interested in a Single Tournament Entry or the Tournament Bundle (Multiple Events).

• All players MUST be approved before registering to ensure teams remain competitive and appropriate for the level of play.

• If approved, you will receive a registration form via email. If not approved, you will also be notified via email.​​

• Before submitting the registration form, please review the NHD Waiver located at the bottom of the registration page. You must check the box confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions before pressing SUBMIT.​

• The NHD Waiver must be completed and submitted before stepping on the ice. Failure to do so may result in refusal of participation.

  • DO NOT USE A PASSWORD for the E-Transfer. Please include the participant's name, date of birth, and program/camp in the notes section.

    • EXAMPLE: John Smith, March 7, 2012, Weekly Clinic (Saturday)

• Cheque payable to Nobili Hockey Development Inc.

• Your child's spot will be confirmed after NOBILI HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT receives a completed registration form AND full payment. Failure to submit the registration form and full payment (unless otherwise arranged) will result in spot removal.
